If you don’t know How Do You Change App Icons on iPhone then below is the other way to do it:-
1. The initial step is to decide on an image you wish to replace with the original icon.
2. Now tap on the (+) icon in the top-right corner in the Shortcuts app.
3. Then tap on Add Action button and search Open App.
4. Now tap on Open App link and choose the app from the list.
5. Then tap on the text box and enter the name.
